Hence I used to study before my tests …….
Except wen I did cheeat in 1 paper ….. I was nervous like sugar ………. Thanks to roll no. 17 , I made it. B was kind enuf to tell me the formula ……………

Another time was in 2nd std ………..kamlesh helped me ……….. it was hindi paper and I still had the remains of my canadism in me left ……….had to ..had to ………. Guess he was smart … he understood my accented english begging/plea that I needed help ………

I came out of my hindi paper .. and there was ma , waiting to pick me up …

There were other kids running up to their ma(s) too ….who had come with lunch dabbas
Their moms would ask them confidently how they did .. they wld exclaim with greatest pride and showing an exuberance of modesty at the same time “ Ek ya aadhe mark ka mistook ho gaya “ … !!!

And now the innocent me …….
She asked me worriedly .. “how was it ? “ trying to match my accent
I told her … proudly in the crispiest hindi ever … “kuch kuch likha “!!!!!!!!!

She hugged me and after that I was happy to get my rajma chawal and got on to doing wut I am best at ……….enjoying ma food !!!
