What works in India with the ill-mannered commuters and pedestrians?

• The loud but polite insult “this place is full of unsophisticated people”
• The proactive complaint and bring it to their notice ,”hey you , what are you doing mann ?!!!”
• The teaching by way of a sermon , “Sir , its not right to throw garbage where you are sitting and where others will later !!!“
• The sehensheel ignore treatment . “Kuch pheka usne ,chhod na yaar !!”
• The “I pity thou , for thou know naught what wrong thou does!!” feeling
• The submissive approach , “let it be , un log ko pata nahi hai yaar ”
• The sarcastic reprise “ the most civilized of the lot travel by Mumbai local trains esp. the ones who munch on seeng danas while travelling!!! “
• The guilt induction by way of the polite anthithesis , you don’t say anything , you just pick up their garbage and hand over their belongings to them which they by mistake dropped.
• The whats-in-it-for-me mentality “It doesn’t affect me directly , so why should I ???!!!”
• The irate mumble / murmuring , “kaise log hai re !!“


I have tried all , I don’t know what works…. but I aint giving up so soon !!!!
