getting nostalgic abt exams ......

I have underestimated myself at times…………

As far as maths goes , I have always managed to crack the tuffies … but would get confused or go silly wit the simple ones J imagining they cant be so damn simple , there has to be trick , a snag , … figuring out endlessly what could be the catch when there was none at all J


I remembered a similar story …. Science paper tha 5th std ,
Me and the next roll no … were over with our papers …..mein 2nd rank , who 3rd rank in class ….
We were checking our answers together
The teachers caught us discussing ….


So she made us kneel on floor ……. One of us on each side of her …………..
But incidentally her table and chair was slightly ahead of us

So we managed to catch a peek of each other and continued discussing ………
Till we were thrown out of the exam room ….hahahahahaha

Hmmmm .. nostalgic I m getting now …


Also how many times did u change ur correct answer in your paper coz ur friend ‘s answer sounded more correct after some exam room discussions over many rows ??? J
I have done that so many times ………….. scratched off the correct one to write the wrong one J



That’s such an engg truth …………….u scored less than the person who copied from you J

I remember PEM paper ----- most of u wld not even remember the full form
Principles of Economics Management

It was a 3 hr long paper … prelim exam paper again
The whole class had left the exam room … after the first 3 mins , left after 10 mins … 15 ..30 , 1 hr …… A the competitive girl that she is .. thot she cld give me competition …sat there scribbling for 1.5 hrs …. But then gave up .. I sometimes laugh at her immaturity J she thot she cld …………

Btw she used to respect me a whole lot …. 8th sem , she got a dist. And after seeing her results up the board , she came to thank me for inspiring her to study and score ………
Her steady rise in her academic graph was all thanks to me and my studious company … 56 % to 72 % ….

Nah nah don’t clap now ……. It was a very humbling experience


Ok coming back to the point ……..
So it was pem paper and a Qn of 10 marks .. for which obviously I was running out of theoretical stuff to write about … so there I thot I wld resort to the last …… so I let my creative streak loose ….

It was a slitly philosophical Qn , and u know how I love to give gyaan abt such stuff …. the only good thing abt this was
There was no dis interested audience over here ….
It was just plain ol paper in front of me ……….. a reynolds pen and a frustrated examiner waiting for me to pack up ……
But I was in the mood that day ……..

I made up the entire thing … made up a famous economist ……..made up a Quote …..quoted it .. and then explained it and then gave an example of how it was correctly applicable to the Qn that was asked ……….
I was practically smiling wen I was writing the answer …………….

My friends were waiting for me outside the exam room next to the door , they were elated wen they saw me getting up , but then they left the moment I got up n asked “Supplement please “.

I was enjoying myself , I was doing it for 2 things ………
1. To give vent to my creative streak that somehow got triggered that day in the exam room
2. sadistic pleasure : enjoying myself almost foreseeing the pleasure thet examiner wld get wen he wld read my paper ……..

I scored 65/100 in it …..:0)
